Disaster Relief Collection at New Hope Baptist Church
In the wake of Hurricane Helene, our community has faced unprecedented challenges. Many of our neighbors have been displaced, and countless families are in need of basic necessities. New Hope Baptist Church is stepping forward to support those affected by organizing a disaster relief collection.
We’ll be collecting items from 2 – 6 pm beginning Monday, September 30, 2024 at the following locations:
Earl/Grover

We Need Your Help
Your contributions can make a significant difference in the lives of those impacted. We are collecting standard relief supplies to assist in the recovery efforts.
Items Needed:
- Non-perishable food items: Canned goods (with pop tops), dried fruits, nuts, and cereals.
- Bottled water, Gatorade, and beverages
- Hygiene products: Soap, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrushes, deodorant, and feminine hygiene products.
- Baby essentials: Diapers, baby wipes, formula, and baby food.
- Cleaning supplies: Detergents, disinfectants, trash bags, tarps, and gloves.
- First aid kits and medical supplies
- Bedding and linens: Blankets, sheets, and pillows.
- Clothing: New or gently used clothing and shoes for all ages.
- Flashlights, portable phone chargers, and batteries
- Pet supplies: Pet food and basic care items.
We will collect items from 2- 6 pm and store them in the BBQ shed.
You can still drop them off if you need to come outside those times.
